The SNDi of new construction in Paungde followed a zig-zag trend, compared to Bago which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Myanmar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In terms of the aggregate network, Paungde ranked 5th out of 13 cities in Bago and 40th out of 113 in Myanmar as of 2020.

In new street additions, Paungde fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Delmenhorst built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and 재동로동자구 built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Delmenhorst and 재동로동자구 both became progressively more disconnected, while Paungde fluctuated in connectivity. Paungde and 재동로동자구 have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
