The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Nattalin plotted against Bago and Myanmar. The SNDi of new construction in Nattalin peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Bago which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Myanmar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Nattalin's incremental SNDi fell from 2.07 to 1.6 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Nattalin ranked 7th out of 13 cities in Bago and 55th out of 113 in Myanmar as of 2020.

While Kachhwa and Kluwut both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, Nattalin built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved in new street additions. Looking at the full network, Kachhwa and Kluwut both became progressively more disconnected, while Nattalin grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Nattalin and Kachhwa have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
