The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Bogale plotted against Ayeyarwady and Myanmar. All three follow the same trend in new construction, suggesting a shared regional pattern of development. Most recently, Bogale's incremental SNDi rose from 6.06 to 9.47 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Bogale ranked 15th out of 18 cities in Ayeyarwady and 110th out of 113 in Myanmar as of 2020.

In new street additions, Bogale and Az Zubayr both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Ploiești built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full street network, though, all three cities follow the same trend. Bogale and Az Zubayr have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
