The SNDi of new construction in Larache rose steadily, compared to Tanger - Tétouan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Morocco which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Larache's incremental SNDi rose from 1.43 to 1.59 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Larache and Cabudare both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Phú Mỹ built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Larache and Cabudare both became progressively more disconnected, while Phú Mỹ became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Larache and Phú Mỹ have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
