The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Ksar el-Kebir plotted against Tanger - Tétouan and Morocco. The SNDi of new construction in Ksar el-Kebir rose steadily, compared to Tanger - Tétouan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Morocco which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Ksar el-Kebir's incremental SNDi rose from 2.01 to 2.33 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Ksar el-Kebir ranked 3rd out of 8 cities in Tanger - Tétouan and 31st out of 72 in Morocco as of 2020.

In new street additions, Ksar el-Kebir built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Nilphamari built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Gujiao fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Ksar el-Kebir became progressively more disconnected, while Nilphamari grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Gujiao fluctuated in connectivity.
