In new street additions, Meknes fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Fresno built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Libreville built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Looking at the full network, Fresno and Libreville both became progressively more disconnected, while Meknes grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Meknes and Fresno have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
