The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Bouskoura plotted against Grand Casablanca and Morocco. The SNDi of new construction in Bouskoura fell steadily, compared to Grand Casablanca which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Morocco which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Bouskoura's incremental SNDi fell from 3.34 to 3.05 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Bouskoura ranked 3rd out of 3 cities in Grand Casablanca and 68th out of 72 in Morocco as of 2020.

In new street additions, Bouskoura built increasingly connected streets over time, while Futang fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Westhaven Trails built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Bouskoura became progressively more connected, while Futang fluctuated in connectivity and Westhaven Trails grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Bouskoura had a more sprawly network than Westhaven Trails in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
