While Tlaxcala and México both followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, Huamantla's new street additions followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Huamantla's incremental SNDi rose from 3.06 to 4.07 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. Huamantla, Myaungtagar, and Peñon del Rodadero all fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street construction. The same pattern holds for the full street network.
