While Quintana Roo and México both followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, Chetumal's new street additions followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In new street additions, Chetumal and Huazhou both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Digha built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Chetumal and Digha both became progressively more disconnected, while Huazhou fluctuated in connectivity. Chetumal and Digha have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
