In new street additions, Bandar Armada Putra built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Qian'an fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Laksar built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Qian'an and Laksar both became progressively more disconnected, while Bandar Armada Putra became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Notably, Bandar Armada Putra had a more sprawly network than Laksar in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
