In new street additions, Andatabo fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Urambo built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Haylan built increasingly connected streets over time. For the full network, Andatabo became progressively more connected, while Urambo became progressively more disconnected and Haylan became progressively more connected. Notably, Andatabo had a more connected network than Haylan in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
