The SNDi of new construction in Bayda peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Al Jabal al Akhdar which rose steadily and Libya which peaked in 1976-1990. In new street additions, Bayda built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Hongjiang built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Xichong built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Bayda and Xichong both became progressively more disconnected, while Hongjiang grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Bayda and Hongjiang have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
