The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Zahle plotted against Bekaa and Lebanon. The SNDi of new construction in Zahle followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Bekaa which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Lebanon which rose steadily. Most recently, Zahle's incremental SNDi rose from 4.33 to 5.73 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020.
