While Yuyue and Shijiao both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, Al Jahra built increasingly connected streets over time in new street additions. Looking at the full network, Yuyue and Shijiao both fluctuated in connectivity, while Al Jahra became progressively more connected. Al Jahra and Shijiao have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
