The SNDi of new construction in Pejë rose steadily, compared to Pećki which rose steadily and Kosovo which peaked in 1991-2005. Most recently, Pejë's incremental SNDi rose from 6.08 to 7.28 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. Pejë and White Settlement have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
