The SNDi of new construction in Sarıağaş peaked in 1976-1990, compared to South Kazakhstan which peaked in 1991-2005 and Kazakhstan which rose steadily. In new street additions, Sarıağaş built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Boconó fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Kipese built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Boconó and Kipese both became progressively more disconnected, while Sarıağaş grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Sarıağaş and Boconó have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
