In new street additions, Sasebo fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Atakpamé built increasingly connected streets over time and Erfurt built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Sasebo and Erfurt both became progressively more disconnected, while Atakpamé became progressively more connected. Sasebo and Atakpamé have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
