In new street additions, Morioka built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Wuzhong fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Ondjiva built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Wuzhong and Ondjiva both became progressively more disconnected, while Morioka grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Morioka and Ondjiva have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
