In new street additions, Treviso built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Elbasan built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Shouzhang fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Treviso and Elbasan both became progressively more disconnected, while Shouzhang fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Treviso had a more sprawly network than Elbasan in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
