In new street additions, Caserta and Southend-on-Sea both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Khalilabad built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Caserta grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Khalilabad became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards and Southend-on-Sea became progressively more disconnected.
