The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Meybod plotted against Yazd and Iran. The SNDi of new construction in Meybod followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Yazd which was at its lowest in 1991-2005 and Iran which rose steadily. Most recently, Meybod's incremental SNDi rose from 2.79 to 3.21 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Meybod ranked 2nd out of 3 cities in Yazd and 90th out of 169 in Iran as of 2020.

In new street additions, Meybod fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Nimkhera fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Patani built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Meybod fluctuated in connectivity, while Nimkhera became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards and Patani became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Meybod had a more sprawly network than Patani in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
