The SNDi of new construction in Marivan followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Kordestan which rose steadily and Iran which rose steadily. In new street additions, Marivan fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Guelmim built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Joypurhat fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Marivan became progressively more disconnected, while Guelmim became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards and Joypurhat fluctuated in connectivity. Marivan and Guelmim have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
