The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Roudan plotted against Hormozgan and Iran. The SNDi of new construction in Roudan peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Hormozgan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Iran which rose steadily. Most recently, Roudan's incremental SNDi fell from 2.15 to 1.9 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Roudan ranked 1st out of 4 cities in Hormozgan and 19th out of 169 in Iran as of 2020.

In new street additions, Roudan built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Nandagang Management Area built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and 彭镇 built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Roudan grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Nandagang Management Area became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards and 彭镇 became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Roudan and Nandagang Management Area have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
