The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد plotted against Alborz and Iran. The SNDi of new construction in شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد was at its lowest in 1976-1990, compared to Alborz which was at its lowest in 1976-1990 and Iran which rose steadily. Most recently, شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد's incremental SNDi rose from 2.43 to 3.22 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد ranked 2nd out of 7 cities in Alborz and 80th out of 169 in Iran as of 2020.

In new street additions, شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Luozi fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Bisham fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards, while Luozi fluctuated in connectivity and Bisham fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد had a more sprawly network than Luozi in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
