The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Tolitoli plotted against Sulawesi Tengah and Indonesia. The SNDi of new construction in Tolitoli followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Sulawesi Tengah which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Indonesia which rose steadily. Most recently, Tolitoli's incremental SNDi rose from 4.29 to 6.16 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. Looking at the full network, Yabelo and Maigatari both fluctuated in connectivity, while Tolitoli became progressively more disconnected.
