In new street additions, Pekkabata built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Ninh Binh fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Firuzabad fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Pekkabata and Firuzabad both became progressively more disconnected, while Ninh Binh fluctuated in connectivity. Pekkabata and Firuzabad have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
