The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Agats plotted against Papua and Indonesia. The SNDi of new construction in Agats followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Papua which was at its lowest in 1991-2005 and Indonesia which rose steadily. Most recently, Agats's incremental SNDi fell from 3.12 to 1.6 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Agats ranked 1st out of 15 cities in Papua and 1st out of 366 in Indonesia as of 2020.

In new street additions, Agats fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Modi'in Illit built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Ipoti built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Agats fluctuated in connectivity, while Modi'in Illit grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Ipoti became progressively more disconnected. Agats and Ipoti have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
