The SNDi of new construction in Abepura followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Papua which was at its lowest in 1991-2005 and Indonesia which rose steadily. Most recently, Abepura's incremental SNDi rose from 6.14 to 6.93 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Abepura and Donggang both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Ninghe built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full street network, though, all three cities follow the same trend.
