The SNDi of new construction in Ruteng followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Nusa Tenggara Timur which rose steadily and Indonesia which rose steadily. What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Ruteng and Kahuta both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Choeng Thale built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Ruteng and Choeng Thale both became progressively more disconnected, while Kahuta fluctuated in connectivity. Ruteng and Kahuta have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
