In new street additions, Barabai and Changning both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Jinli built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Barabai became progressively more disconnected, while Jinli grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Changning grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Barabai and Jinli have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
