What about similarly populated cities?
While N'Djamena and Dhulian both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, Pekalongan built increasingly disconnected streets over time in new street additions. For the full network, Pekalongan and N'Djamena both became progressively more disconnected, while Dhulian fluctuated in connectivity. Pekalongan and N'Djamena have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
