What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Karangwareng and Tarragona both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Huayuan built increasingly connected streets over time. For the full network, Karangwareng and Tarragona both became progressively more disconnected, while Huayuan became progressively more connected. Notably, Karangwareng had a more connected network than Huayuan in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
