The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Cipanas plotted against Jawa Barat and Indonesia. The SNDi of new construction in Cipanas followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Jawa Barat which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Indonesia which rose steadily. Most recently, Cipanas's incremental SNDi rose from 6.87 to 8.21 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Cipanas ranked 36th out of 38 cities in Jawa Barat and 360th out of 366 in Indonesia as of 2020.

In new street additions, Cipanas fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Sagar built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Zaragoza built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full street network, though, all three cities follow the same trend.
