In new street additions, Uttar Chandipur fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Luton built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Pingdu built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Looking at the full network, Luton and Pingdu both grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Uttar Chandipur fluctuated in connectivity.
