The SNDi of new construction in Rampurhat rose steadily, compared to West Bengal which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Rampurhat's incremental SNDi rose from 6.19 to 6.69 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Rampurhat built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Temirtau built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Xinlong built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Rampurhat became progressively more disconnected, while Temirtau grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Xinlong became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Rampurhat and Temirtau have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
