In new street additions, Rudrapur fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Sinwon built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Novomoskovsk built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Looking at the full network, Sinwon and Novomoskovsk both became progressively more disconnected, while Rudrapur fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Rudrapur had a more connected network than Sinwon in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
