What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Laharpur and Qian'an both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Chibi fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Laharpur and Qian'an both became progressively more disconnected, while Chibi fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Laharpur had a more connected network than Chibi in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
