In new street additions, Islamnagar fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Hijazah fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Uông Bí built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Islamnagar fluctuated in connectivity, while Hijazah fluctuated in connectivity and Uông Bí became progressively more disconnected. Islamnagar and Uông Bí have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
