The SNDi of new construction in Etah peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Uttar Pradesh which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In new street additions, Etah built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Saurimo built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Haldwani fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Etah and Haldwani both became progressively more disconnected, while Saurimo became progressively more connected. Etah and Saurimo have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
