The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Tanduru plotted against Telangana and India. The SNDi of new construction in Tanduru was at its lowest in 1976-1990, compared to Telangana which rose steadily and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Tanduru's incremental SNDi rose from 3.49 to 4.07 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Tanduru ranked 41st out of 47 cities in Telangana and 702nd out of 1868 in India as of 2020.

In new street additions, Tanduru built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Pasirukem built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Al Shuhada fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Tanduru became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards, while Pasirukem became progressively more disconnected and Al Shuhada fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Tanduru had a more connected network than Al Shuhada in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
