In new street additions, Mahbubnagar fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Ondjiva built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Karamay built increasingly connected streets over time. For the full network, Mahbubnagar fluctuated in connectivity, while Ondjiva became progressively more disconnected and Karamay became progressively more connected. Notably, Mahbubnagar had a more sprawly network than Ondjiva in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
