While Telangana and India both followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, Korutla's new street additions followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Korutla's incremental SNDi rose from 4.22 to 4.37 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Korutla and Luziânia both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Harqin Zuoyi built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Korutla and Luziânia both became progressively more disconnected, while Harqin Zuoyi grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Korutla had a more connected network than Harqin Zuoyi in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
