In new street additions, Tiruchengodu built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while 北塘 built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Kurume fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Tiruchengodu and Kurume both became progressively more disconnected, while 北塘 grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Tiruchengodu and 北塘 have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
