In new street additions, Sivakasi built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Đông Anh fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Mbale City fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Sivakasi and Mbale City both became progressively more disconnected, while Đông Anh fluctuated in connectivity. Sivakasi and Đông Anh have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
