In new street additions, Periyakulam and Murbad both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Tanjung built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Murbad and Tanjung both became progressively more disconnected, while Periyakulam grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Periyakulam and Murbad have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
