The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Pokaran plotted against Rajasthan and India. The SNDi of new construction in Pokaran peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Rajasthan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Pokaran's incremental SNDi fell from 3.0 to 2.49 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Pokaran ranked 31st out of 95 cities in Rajasthan and 269th out of 1868 in India as of 2020.

In new street additions, Pokaran built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Bahrah built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Shichuan fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Pokaran grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Bahrah became progressively more disconnected and Shichuan fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Pokaran had a more sprawly network than Bahrah in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
