What about similarly populated cities?
While Rahad al Bardi and Sarapul both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, Bhinmal fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street additions. Looking at the full network, Rahad al Bardi and Sarapul both became progressively more disconnected, while Bhinmal became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Notably, Bhinmal had a more sprawly network than Rahad al Bardi in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
