In new street additions, Phagwara fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Pinar del Rio built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Shenhu built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Phagwara and Pinar del Rio both became progressively more disconnected, while Shenhu became progressively more connected. Phagwara and Shenhu have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
