While Suzhou and Chifeng both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, Malegaon built increasingly disconnected streets over time in new street additions. For the full network, Malegaon became progressively more disconnected, while Suzhou grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Chifeng grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Malegaon had a more connected network than Suzhou in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
