The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Sausar plotted against Madhya Pradesh and India. The SNDi of new construction in Sausar rose steadily, compared to Madhya Pradesh which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Sausar's incremental SNDi rose from 2.34 to 2.95 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Sausar ranked 17th out of 98 cities in Madhya Pradesh and 285th out of 1868 in India as of 2020.

In new street additions, Sausar and Fort Walton Beach both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Tiền Hải built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Looking at the full network, Fort Walton Beach and Tiền Hải both became progressively more disconnected, while Sausar fluctuated in connectivity. Sausar and Tiền Hải have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
